How to Use This Product

Apply on clean, dry, intact skin at the pain site
Use one plaster per 24?hours, maximum of five days in a row
When replacing, remove the old patch, wash and dry skin, then apply a fresh one
Do not cut the plaster—always use whole
Avoid covering with occlusive dressings or exposing it to water—don't shower with it on
